Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
7+ years of professional experience in chemical process design and optimization
Experience with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills
Familiarity with process safety principles and environmental regs

Responsibilities

Design and develop chemical processes, including equipment sizing and PFDs, remotely
Perform process simulations and modeling to optimize efficiency, yield, and safety
Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for plant operations
Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for modifications
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders virtually
Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for improvements
