Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of chemical process engineering experience with remote project management.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD) and strong engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent data analysis and SPC experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for virtual collaboration.
• Self-motivated with good time management for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical processes using remote data and simulators.
• Design and propose process improvements including equipment changes.
• Model changes with simulations to predict performance and safety.
• Collaborate with site and remote teams via virtual meetings.
• Prepare technical docs like PFDs, P&IDs, reports.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support.
