Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering (MSc or PhD).
- 10+ years of experience in industrial chemical process engineering.
- Expert proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD).
- Experience in remote collaboration and project management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with remote workload.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote expert consultation on chemical process design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth process analysis using simulation software and data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document best practice guidelines for chemical operations.
- Assist clients in implementing process improvements and validating their effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in chemical engineering and process control.
- Facilitate remote training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams.
