Placements24 seeks a dynamic Catering Sales and Events Manager to drive growth and manage high-profile catering events. This fully remote role requires a self-motivated professional with strong sales, client management, and event planning skills.

You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and craft creative proposals from initial contact through post-event follow-up, all from a remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in catering sales or event management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client base.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the catering and events sector.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage the entire event planning process, from client consultation and menu selection to execution and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Track sales performance and achieve set revenue targets, reporting on key metrics.
