Placements24 is seeking a Remote Catering Sales & Client Relations Specialist to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships from a home office. You will identify events, tailor catering proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with remote operations to ensure flawless event execution.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to close deals in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of sales, client relations, or business development experience in catering/hospitality/events.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience building rapport with clients virtually.
Proficient in CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales leads in corporate and private events.
Build long-lasting relationships with existing clients and understand their catering needs.
Conduct virtual consultations to assess event requirements.
Create and present tailored catering proposals with menus and pricing.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Collaborate with remote operations to execute events.
Maintain client records and CRM pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
