Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales and Events Manager to drive growth and manage high-profile catering events. This remote role requires a self-motivated professional with strong sales, client management, and event planning skills.

You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, develop creative proposals, and oversee end-to-end events from inquiry to post-event follow-up, all from a remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in catering sales or event management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with event planning software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the catering and events sector.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage the entire event planning process, from client consultation and menu selection to execution and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Track sales performance and achieve set revenue targets, reporting on key metrics.
