Job summary

Virtustant is seeking a Catering Administrator to support new inquiries, manage leads, and coordinate proposals and invoices. You will maintain our CRM and Monday.com boards, and liaise with clients via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

You will check invoices for accuracy, set up meetings, and help clients choose catering options while keeping the sales pipeline moving through timely follow-ups and contracts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in leads or administrative work.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Ability to create invoices and contracts.
• Ability to track follow-ups to close deals.
• Must be located in Venezuela.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new catering inquiries and leads.
• Manage follow-ups and keep leads moving through the pipeline.
• Communicate with clients via email.
• Create proposals and invoices.
• Send contracts and track outstanding documents and payments.
• Maintain the CRM system.
• Create and maintain Monday.com boards.
• Provide general catering administrative support and organization.
• Check emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages.
• Answer client inquiries about services.
• Suggest catering options to help clients decide.
• Set up meetings.
• Conduct calls with clients.
• Check invoices for accuracy before sending.
