Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming catering orders, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
• Liaise with a network of approved caterers to confirm availability, menus, and delivery logistics.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely and successful food transportation to client locations.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the ordering or delivery process.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, client information, and caterer performance.
• Continuously assess and improve coordination processes for maximum efficiency.
