This fully remote role requires strong virtual collaboration and project management, coordinating event details and liaising with chefs, staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will prepare timelines, floor plans, staffing, and CRM records while proactively addressing any logistical challenges to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical aspects of catering events from initial booking to post-event follow-up.

• Prepare event documentation including timelines, floor plans, and staffing.
• Monitor event execution remotely and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and event details in CRM.
