Placements24 is seeking an organized and proactive Remote Catering Logistics Coordinator to manage the complex logistical requirements of diverse catering events. This fully remote role coordinates with kitchen teams, drivers, venue staff, and clients to ensure flawless execution from prep to setup and breakdown.

You will plan deliveries, track inventories, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication across multiple remote teams, delivering excellent client satisfaction consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or event operations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing remote teams and client expectations.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering event logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and resource allocation, remotely.
• Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and packaging of food orders for delivery.
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure punctuality for all catering events.
• Communicate effectively with venue contacts and on-site event staff to confirm setup requirements and logistics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that arise during event execution.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and event setups.
