Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an organized Remote Catering Operations Coordinator to support catering operations from anywhere. You will coordinate events, liaise with clients and suppliers, and bridge communication between sales, culinary, and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution of each catered event.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in event coordination, logistics, or operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and resource allocation for catering services.

Liaise between sales, culinary, and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of catering orders.
Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, coordinating restocking and maintenance as needed.
Prepare event summaries and post-event reports for management review.
