Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Operations Coordinator to support our national catering operations from a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of events across multiple locations, including Klerksdorp, North West.

You will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams, handle orders and invoices, and maintain records while upholding health and safety standards in a remote

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, admin, or operations support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote catering event logistics, schedules, resources, and delivery.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for service delivery.
• Maintain supplier databases, negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Process orders, invoices, and related administrative tasks.
• Monitor operations and address issues; implement proactive solutions.
• Generate reports on performance and client feedback.
