Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Coordinator who can manage catering logistics and client communications from anywhere. This fully remote role supports events and clients across regions, using technology to liaise with caterers, clients and delivery partners while meeting dietary needs and timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in catering coordination or event planning, strong multitasking and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of catering coordination or event planning experience.
• Experience coordinating logistics remotely.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and vendor/customer relationship skills.
• Proficient with CRM, project management tools and online collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering orders, menus, dietary needs, and delivery schedules for remote events.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain clear communication throughout planning.
• Liaise with caterers and vendors to confirm bookings and service quality.
• Manage event logistics, deliveries, setup instructions, and timely execution.
• Maintain accurate client and event records in CRM and PM tools.
