Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Event Coordinator to manage catering events from concept to completion, all from home. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life through meticulous planning and execution.

The role requires excellent communication, strong understanding of event logistics, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in the virtual space across our locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination or management, with a focus on catering or hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of catering event planning, including client consultations, menu selection, and budget management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution and timely delivery of services.
• Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and staffing schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges before and during events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout the planning process and post-event follow-up.
