Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Catering Operations Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. You will oversee logistics, client communications, and supplier coordination to ensure flawless catering events from booking to delivery.

You will liaise between clients, the culinary team, and delivery services, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed records. This role rewards proactive problem-solving and excellent remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events from booking to completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage event details remotely.
