You will coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure client satisfaction with strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering coordination or similar operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with catering management software and office suites.
• Independent, self-motivated with deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events remotely.
• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors and the culinary team for seamless execution.
• Manage vendor performance and negotiate contracts/SLAs.
• Use catering software to track details, budgets and reports.
• Identify and resolve operational issues before events.
• Monitor client feedback to ensure service satisfaction.
