Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Candidate Experience Specialist to enhance the recruitment process. You will be the primary contact for candidates, delivering timely updates and friendly support throughout the lifecycle.

This fully remote role focuses on maintaining a positive candidate journey, strengthening the employer brand, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers in a distributed team. A proactive, empathetic communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client support, or recruitment coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and support.
• Ensure a consistently positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.
• Gather candidate feedback on the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.
