Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join a remote-first team delivering advanced digital construction projects. You will lead BIM standards, manage federated models from concept to handover, and drive data integrity across multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of BIM experience, expert Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360 skills, and a strong grasp of ISO 19650. Excellent communication in a remote setting is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Experience in clash detection, model federation, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience in developing and delivering BIM training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Coordinate and manage the federated BIM model from concept to handover.
• Lead clash detection and resolution processes with design teams and consultants.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of BIM data.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to integrate BIM into project delivery.
• Develop and manage content libraries and templates for BIM projects.
• Generate reports and visualizations from BIM models for project analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
