Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join a fully remote design and construction team. You will lead BIM processes across multiple projects, ensuring data integrity and seamless collaboration in a virtual environment.

You will coordinate models from all disciplines, run clash detection, and support teams with BIM standards. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of BIM experience are required, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri. Remote work is offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and project BIM standards.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models from all project disciplines, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with project teams and external stakeholders remotely.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide BIM support and training to project team members as needed.
• Manage the distribution and archiving of BIM models and related documentation.
