Placements24 seeks a proficient BIM Architect for a remote-first architectural practice. You will develop and implement BIM strategies, create sophisticated models in Revit, and coordinate with project teams to improve design efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on BIM experience, strong coordination skills, and familiarity with Navisworks and COBie. The role offers fully remote work with flexible hours, training opportunities, and a focus on digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with a strong focus on BIM.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with BIM software, particularly Revit.
• Proven ability to develop and manage BIM projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Understanding of COBie and other data exchange standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans for various architectural projects.
• Create and maintain complex 3D models and associated data within the BIM environment.
• Coordinate BIM models with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers for clash detection and integration.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
• Provide training and support to other team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's BIM standards and workflows.
