Placements24 is seeking a highly competent BIM Manager (Architecture) for a fully remote, permanent role. You will develop and enforce BIM standards, manage architectural BIM models, and mentor staff while promoting efficient BIM usage across global projects.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BIM with a strong architectural focus and expert knowledge of Revit and Navisworks. The role emphasizes remote collaboration, standards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of BIM management experience with a strong architectural focus.
• Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks and BIM standards.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce BIM standards and execution plans.
• Excellent training and communication skills for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Manage and coordinate the creation and maintenance of architectural BIM models.
• Provide technical expertise and support for BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).
• Train and mentor architectural staff on BIM best practices and software usage.
• Oversee the integration of BIM models from disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.).
• Conduct regular model audits to ensure compliance with standards and quality control.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate BIM in design coordination and clash detection.
• Develop and manage BIM content libraries and templates.
• Stay updated on BIM technology and recommend improvements.
• Champion the adoption and effective utilization of BIM across the organization.
