Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative BIM Manager to lead the company's Building Information Modeling initiatives in a fully remote role. You will establish BIM standards, manage BEPs, and coordinate collaboration across architects, engineers, and contractors to improve design, visualization, and data management.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in BIM coordination with strong Revit and Navisworks skills, excellent remote communication, and a passion for advancing construction technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in BIM coordination, management, or implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Proven experience in developing and enforcing BIM standards and workflows.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Ability to train and mentor diverse teams on BIM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Manage and oversee BEP development and execution for projects.
• Coordinate BIM model development and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models and data.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM software and workflows.
