Placements24 is recruiting a Senior BIM Architect for a fully remote team. You will drive BIM strategy, develop complex models, and coordinate across disciplines on international projects. This role emphasizes leadership, standards development, and remote collaboration to maintain design integrity and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in architecture with 5+ years in BIM, expert Revit/Navisworks skills, and a strong understanding of BIM standards for global delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in architecture with 5+ years BIM implementation/management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; ISO 19650 familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategies and workflows for large-scale projects.
• Create and coordinate complex BIM models for DD and CD.
• Ensure BIM model accuracy across all lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams for coordination.
• Develop BIM standards, content libraries, and execution plans.
• Provide training and QA/QC for BIM processes.
