Placements24 seeks a Remote Senior BIM Specialist to lead BIM standards and workflows across diverse projects. You will develop BIM strategies, provide expert Revit support, and train design teams located in various regions, ensuring model quality and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, adoption of best practices, and ongoing BIM technology exploration to enhance design quality and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on BIM coordination/management in architectural or construction environment.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and understanding of BIM process (LOD 100-500).
• Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, and data management platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills; able to work autonomously remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and content libraries for architectural projects.
• Lead implementation of BIM workflows across project teams for consistency.
• Provide advanced technical support and training on Revit and BIM software.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors for BIM data exchange.
• Research and recommend new BIM technologies and strategies to improve efficiency.
