Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong emphasis on architectural projects.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Familiarity with other BIM-related software and plugins is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead coordination efforts and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑ solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for architectural projects.
• Manage and coordinate architectural BIM models from various project stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct regular clash detection and design coordination meetings using Navisworks.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs) tailored to project requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to architects and designers on BIM software and workflows.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote project team members.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with project managers and clients on BIM-related deliverables and progress.
