Placements24 is hiring a Remote BIM Coordinator to lead BIM standards, workflows, and model coordination across multiple projects. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from a home office while coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BIM coordination experience, advanced skills in Revit and Navisworks, and a solid understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or management within the construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans for all projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure clash detection and design integrity.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders regarding BIM deliverables.
• Perform regular quality control checks on BIM models and data.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Generate reports on BIM model progress, clashes, and coordination status.
• Assist in developing 3D visualizations and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Stay updated with latest BIM technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure BIM deliverables align with project requirements and contractual obligations.
