Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to lead BIM development and standards across international projects. You will coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models, manage libraries, and run clash detection to streamline collaboration while working fully remotely from your home office.

The role requires strong BIM software proficiency, ISO 19650 knowledge, and excellent communication to support project teams and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a BIM-focused role.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs) for diverse projects.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across project phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Manage BIM content library and ensure consistency in model development.
• Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks for standards compliance.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with teams and external stakeholders via virtual platforms.
• Generate reports on model quality, clash results, and project progress.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to optimize BIM utilization.
• Manage data flow and information exchange within the BIM environment.
• Stay updated with latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
