Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support a portfolio of remote projects. You will implement BIM processes across architectural and engineering disciplines, ensure standards are applied, and facilitate collaboration among project teams in a fully remote environment.

The role requires coordination of models, resolving clashes, providing training on BIM workflows, and ensuring data quality for all projects. Excellent remote communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator or similar in architectural/engineering firm.
• Expert proficiency with Revit and strong understanding of Navisworks and Solibri.
• Knowledge of industry-standard BIM practices and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM protocols.
• Coordinate and aggregate BIM models from multiple disciplines, resolving clashes.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of BIM data and documentation for all projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders regarding BIM deliverables.
