Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of BIM coordination or similar role within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of various construction types and methods.
• Familiarity with other relevant software (e.g., BIM 360, Solibri) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across multiple projects.
• Develop and enforce BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols.
• Manage and integrate models from architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Conduct clash detection and interference checks using BIM software.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of BIM data.
• Maintain the BIM model library and content standards.
• Generate reports on BIM progress, clashes, and coordination status.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between various project stakeholders regarding BIM coordination.
• Support the use of BIM for various project stages, including design, construction, and handover.
