Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of BIM coordinating experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong remote work and collaboration skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans for diverse projects.
• Coordinate BIM models from architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across teams.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate collaboration among design teams and stakeholders via BIM platforms.
• Provide training and support on BIM software and workflows.
