Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to join our fully remote South Africa team. You will develop and implement BIM strategies, lead complex architectural models, and drive digital workflows across time zones.

The role emphasizes BEP development, model federation, and training project teams on BIM software to improve design coordination and project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM implementation and management, with a strong focus on architecture.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software suites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for the organization.
• Lead the creation and management of complex BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
