Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Client Success Manager for a rapidly growing beauty technology company. You will be the trusted advisor guiding salons and spa chains through onboarding, ongoing support, and adoption of our software solutions.

Based in or near South Africa, you will manage a portfolio of clients, conduct regular check-ins, drive retention and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with product teams to improve the platform while delivering exceptional remote service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success or account management in SaaS or beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote client engagement.
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong problem-solving in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients as their primary contact.
• Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide proactive, high-level support and guidance.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify needs.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to drive platform enhancements.
• Monitor client health and retention strategies.
