Qualifications
- Proven skincare consultation or beauty advising experience.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and skin concerns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for online interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- Passion for beauty with a customer-centric service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations to clients via online platforms.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, ingredients, and usage instructions.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs.
