Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Client Success Manager for a rapidly growing beauty technology company. You will be the trusted advisor guiding salons and spa chains through onboarding, ongoing support, and adoption of our software solutions.

Based in or near South Africa, you will manage a portfolio of clients, conduct regular check-ins, drive retention and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with product teams to improve the platform while delivering exceptional remote service.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing innovator in the beauty technology sector, is seeking a driven and client-focused Remote Client Success Manager . This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients, ranging from independent salons to large spa chains, maximize their use and benefit from our cutting-edge software solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for them to leverage our platform more effectively. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on client satisfaction and retention within the dynamic beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and acting as their primary point of contact.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of the beauty tech platform.
• Provide proactive, high-level support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client needs and identify areas for improvement or upsell opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive platform enhancements.
• Monitor client health and usage patterns to anticipate potential churn and implement retention strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS or the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients remotely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and client success platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote setting, ideally based within South Africa .
