Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Beauty Advisor to lead a virtual customer engagement team. Provide expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, and makeup application to clients nationwide from a remote location.

You will mentor junior advisors, contribute to product training, and ensure superior customer satisfaction through personalized virtual consultations, staying current with beauty trends to drive sales for a leading brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in beauty industry including advising/retail.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare, cosmetics and application techniques.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth virtual consultations with clients and provide expert advice on skincare, makeup and routines.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on client needs.
• Mentor and train a team of remote beauty advisors to ensure consistent service and knowledge.
• Develop and deliver engaging online content such as tutorials and Q&A sessions.
• Handle escalated inquiries and resolve complex client issues effectively.
• Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches.
