Job summary

Fast Forward Media LLC is seeking a motivated BDR to own our outbound machine for a YouTube marketing agency. You will build lead lists, run multichannel campaigns (Lemlist, LinkedIn, email), and qualify replies to set meetings.

This is a fully remote role with KPI-driven targets, working within a pre-built GTM system to grow the pipeline and improve HubSpot data hygiene and speed to lead.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or BDR roles.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Interest in YouTube marketing and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Build lists of new leads with documented sources for every batch.
• Run multichannel campaigns in Lemlist and LinkedIn, including A/B variants and deliverability checks.
• Qualify positive replies and set meetings in Jente's calendar, targeting 2/3 new clients per month.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure fast response to positive replies.
