Modern Day Talent is hiring a Digital Marketing Business Development Manager in a fully remote capacity. You will own the end-to-end sales process for inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels, presenting audits to C-level prospects and driving revenue growth from HubSpot-managed pipelines.

You will work with a data-driven approach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and close high-potential opportunities while managing a steady pipeline and targets for a global client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with growth or performance digital marketing.
• Ability to present audits to VP-level and C-suite executives.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, and HubSpot.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Remote role; self-directed with strong prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Present free audits to qualified prospects and build the sales case.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot; keep stages and dates current.
• Qualify inbound leads based on budget and authority.
• Self-generate pipeline through warm outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with Client Success for upsell and renewals.
• Stay current on services and pricing, including AI offerings.
• Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
