The role focuses on outbound prospecting and appointment setting, conducting high-volume cold calls to generate qualified meetings for senior sales staff, while maintaining CRM activity.

Work is remote from Cape Town with daily targets, commission incentives, and a base salary of 1,200–1,400 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls daily.

• Capable of working independently in a remote setup from Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective clients.
• Generate qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Follow up with prospects through email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across target industries (insurance, legal, investigations).
• Maintain accurate prospect and outreach tracking within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
• Manage follow-up conversations from initial outreach through booked meetings.
• Support outreach tied to conferences, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach KPIs.
