Job summary

Kontak Recruitment is seeking a results-driven B2C Business Developer for an EdTech company. This fully remote role is suitable for South African-based candidates and offers a monthly salary of R25,000 to R32,000 plus commission.

You will engage with inbound leads, understand families' educational needs and drive the full sales cycle through enrolment. You will report to the Sales Operations Manager and conduct product demonstrations and webinars, while maintaining CRM records and pursuing

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience.
• Proven experience in new business development.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM databases would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and qualify opportunities.
• Understand prospective families' educational needs.
• Manage the full sales process through enrolment.
• Generate new opportunities and conduct product demos and webinars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
