Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative in South Africa. You will identify target accounts, initiate outbound outreach, and set up discovery calls for Account Executives from your home office.

As a fully remote role, you’ll generate qualified leads, articulate our clients’ value, and maintain CRM records while hitting monthly targets. A degree and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales development or related role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiar with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field advantageous.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office space.
• Based anywhere in South Africa with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and contacts and conduct outbound prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads and set up discovery calls.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of software solutions.
• Qualify leads based on criteria to ensure fit.
