Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will craft personalized outreach using email, LinkedIn and phone, while maintaining clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records and testing messaging to improve targeting. Remote within SA with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
