Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls for the Account Executives.

This is a remote role built for proactive, data-driven outreach and high-quality engagements with potential clients. You will work with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume targets while maintaining professional, thoughtful communication.

Qualifikationen

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
