This role offers an uncapped commission structure and comprehensive training. You’ll work remotely anywhere in South Africa, collaborating with marketing to develop effective sales strategies and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong ability to manage time and work autonomously.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Experience in lead generation and pipeline management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads via phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to closing and meeting monthly quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
