Placements24 is seeking a Remote Corporate Sales Specialist to identify and secure new corporate clients, understand their training needs, and present tailored learning solutions. This fully remote role offers flexibility and the chance to engage regional clients from Paarl, Western Cape.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, proven quota attainment, and strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in corporate services or HR solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential corporate clients via phone, email, LinkedIn.
• Understand client training needs and articulate how solutions address them.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Stay current with industry trends in corporate learning and development.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives and feedback.
