Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Aviation Compliance Officer to ensure operations meet national and international regulations. The role involves developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and guiding teams in a distributed environment.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of aviation law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage compliance initiatives across multiple sites while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in aviation compliance, safety management, or regulatory affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, SMS, and quality assurance principles.
• Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain aviation compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure regulatory adherence (SACAA, EASA, FAA).
• Monitor changes in aviation regulations and update internal procedures.
• Investigate compliance deviations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on aviation compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and address concerns.
