Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Aviation Compliance Officer to join a globally distributed team. The role focuses on ensuring operations adhere to national and international aviation regulations, developing and monitoring compliance programs, and guiding internal teams from a remote location.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of aviation law, with at least 5 years of experience in aviation compliance or regulatory affairs, and a track record in implementing compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation compliance or regulatory affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of SACAA, EASA, FAA, ICAO.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance management systems.
• Strong analytical and auditing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify regulatory adherence.
• Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies on behalf of the company.
• Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
