Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Aviation Compliance Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, conduct internal audits, and manage regulatory reporting related to SACAA, EASA, and FAA standards.

The role requires experience in aviation compliance and strong analytical, communication, and independent working skills to navigate remote operations from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Deep knowledge of aviation regulations and standards.
• Experience auditing procedures and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance programs for aviation regulations (SACAA, EASA, FAA).
• Conduct internal audits of procedures, safety protocols, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to aviation authorities.
• Stay updated on aviation legislation and best practices.
• Assist in external inspections and audits.
• Deliver compliance training to personnel.
