Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a knowledgeable Remote Aviation Compliance Specialist to join the regulatory affairs team. This remote-first role focuses on monitoring aviation regulations, aligning policies with current standards, and supporting regulatory submissions and audits.

Ideal candidates will have proven aviation compliance experience, familiarity with ICAO/SACAA/EASA/FAA, and strong analytical and communication skills for reporting to authorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aviation compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of ICAO, SACAA, EASA, FAA or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret complex legal/technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor national and international aviation regulations relevant to operations.
• Develop and maintain internal policies for ongoing compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
• Liaise with regulators and industry bodies on compliance matters.
• Provide staff training on regulatory requirements.
