Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of national and international aviation laws, regulations and standards.
• Experience conducting internal audits and interpreting regulatory changes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and training purposes.
• Proficiency with compliance management software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret evolving aviation regulations and standards from relevant authorities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to verify compliance across all departments.
• Investigate compliance issues, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
