Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with aviation regulations (e.g., SA-CAA, EASA, FAA).
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
• Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective action plans to address deficiencies.
• Stay abreast of changes in aviation laws and regulations, updating company policies and procedures accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and best practices.
